Bear to the right after passing through the toll booth (follow signs towards Framingham).

Follow Route 30 West through 4 sets of traffic lights.

At the fifth light bear to the left onto Route 126 (Concord Street).

Follow Route 126 through 2 sets of lights.

Slade Veterinary Hospital will be on your right just before the 3rd set of lights.

It is a large brown building, the parking lot entrance is just before the building.

If you come to a Dunkin Donuts on your right, you have gone too far.
